Paris2024 JO OPENING CEREMONY in PARIS on the SEINE

1924-2024
It is between 5 and 27 July 1924 that took place in Paris the last Olympic Games, France had then won 38 medals, including 13 gold and had finished third on the podium, behind Finland and the United States, first.

One hundred years later, the Olympic Games are back and they will take place in Paris again, from July 26 to August 11, 2024!
The Paralympic Games will take place from August 28 to September 8, 2024.

It is on September 13, 2017 that France has won the organization of these games.
This unique experience will be the biggest event organized in France!
During these games, France will be more than ever at the Center of the World.

For the first time, an opening ceremony of the Olympic Games will take place outside a stadium. For the first time, a river becomes the main decor and it looks really grandiose with a course on the Seine and an arrival of the Athletes in boat!
